Ahmedabad is known for it’s many impressive monuments. Visit the 15 & 16th century mosque and mausoleum complexes that are excellent examples of provincial Indo-Saracenic style of Gujarat, the works of Le Corbusir and Luis Kahn, the Gandhi Ashram and many excellent museums.

A morning heritage walk in the walled city offer a good opportunity to see a variety of domestic and religious architecture . Night stay at Ahmedabad.

Travel to Lothal, excavations of Harappan site dating to the 2400-1600 B.C. period known for it’s scientifically designed dockyard town planning and sophisticated drainage system. Night stay at Ahmedabad.

After breakfast depart to Junagadh. One of the most historic cities of Gujarat, Junagadh has 3rd century B.C. edicts of Emperor Ashoka. The city has a historic fort, Buddhists caves, Museums and Royal mausoleum complexes among it’s attractions. The Jain temples at top Mt. Girnar overlooking Junagadh are among the finest in Gujarat. Night stay at Junagadh.

After breakfast drive to Gondal via the Buddhists caves of Khambalida. An affluent princely town, Gondal’s Darbargadh is a festival of stone carving and other historic buildings like the schools are really grand. Visit of Vintage Car Collection. Proceed to Rajkot. Night stay at Rajkot.

After breakfast depart for visit historic Rajkot known for being the city of Mahatma Gandhi who went to school here. Visit the Watson Museum. On arrival at Bhuj see the palaces, cenotaphs and other buildings commissioned by Maharaos of Kutch who ruled from the 1540s to the 1940s. Night stay at Bhuj.

After early breakfast depart for Dholavira. Which is the one of the largest citadels of Harappan civilization. Dholavira’s archaeological site is best known for it’s water retaining structures. Depart for Mahesana. Night stay at Mahesana.

After break fast visit Patan, which is one of the greatest 11th century step wells in India, and the 11th century Sun temple at Modhera, an architectural masterpiece. Proceed to Vadodara via Ahmedabad. Night stay at Vadodara.

Vadodara is once the capital of princely state and also a richest state in India. Vadodara has Majestic Palaces, college buildings and Museums. Visit of Champaner and Pavagadh archeological zone. A UNESCO – declared world heritage site. Within this zone can be seen 11th century temples, historic palaces ruins, step well and tanks, and some of the finest works of 15-16th century Indo-Saracenic architectures like Jama Masjid. Tourist will be dropped at Vadodara Railway Station or Airport.
